SALES TAX
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within Canada at the current local rate. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not liable for sales tax.
ORDERING POLICY:
We are thrilled that you have chosen SEVDALIE for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.
All items are sold by preorder. Currently the SEVDALIE workshop has a completion time of 3-3.5 weeks. Shall any delays arise you will be notified immediately with the new estimate completion date. Pre-orders require full payment upfront.
For larger ring size orders, at an additional fee, please contact us directly at info@sevdalie.com.
Any items you see on the official SEVDALIE social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact our team.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders shipped within the US and Canadian may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Any item approved for Exchange must be received as unused with all SEVDALIE tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice.
We will consider eligible returns on a case-by-case basis. Ineligible items include custom orders, engravings, and other modifications. Please contact our customer service at info@sevdalie.com within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return or exchange.
If an item is accepted for return, it must be received as unused with all SEVDALIE tags and labels still attached, alongside original packaging and sales invoice. Returns and exchanges that do not meet this requirement will not be approved.
Any item purchased with a gift card, discount, sale price is final sale are non refundable.
Items sent back to us without our approval for return or exchange first will not be accepted.
REPAIRS
All SEVDALIE Jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from delivery. Diamond Club members have 1 year warranties from delivery. SEVDALIE will repair any breakage cause by manufacturer defect, within this time frame, at no charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@sevdalie.com with the email subject: Repair, Order# , with a picture of the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. SEVDALIE will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
