When one places an order for an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later time and date. Payment must be made first to successfully complete the order process.

As a bespoke jewelry brand, the current completion time is between 3-4 weeks, this does not include shipping time. Customers will be kept up to date with any late completion times that will exceed the 3-4 week estimate.

A diamond is a diamond whether it is grown in a lab or comes from the ground. A lab created diamond is just like a natural mined diamond, except instead of growing in the Earth, they grow in a lab. 

The Federal Trade Commission officially recognized this in 2018 “The Commission no longer defines a ‘diamond’ by using the term ‘natural’ because it is no longer accurate to define diamonds as ‘natural’ when it is now possible to create products that have essentially the same optical, physical, and chemical properties as mined diamonds,”

Sevdalie jewelry's focus is on mining free Created lab diamond. The quality of each diamond is judged by four criteria, the 4Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut. Sevdalie only selects diamonds that meet the strictest standards of these criteria with DEF color and VS Clarity.

Moissanite is a near-colorless gemstone composed of silicon carbide. It was first discovered by the French scientist Henri Moissan, from a fallen meteor. Natural moissanite is incredibly rare, which makes it unrealistic for jewelry use, created moissanite is much more common.

At Sevdalie, we currently use 14-carat gold. However we intend to expand to offer 18 carat gold in the future, please check back soon.

We offer 1 year warranty on our jewelry. Diamond Members receive an extra year of manufacturer's warranty for a total of 2 years. All Sevdalie jewelry is subject to the legal guarantees in force.
These guarantees do not cover the following: damage resulting from accidents and improper use or misuse of jewelry, consequences of normal wear and tear of jewelry, as well as any damage resulting from repairs or manipulation not carried out by the Sevdalie workshop.
